ā | Deaton: "I take it you don't believe the official story about nuclear radiation?" Vadim: "This is not a nuclear plant." Deaton: "Do you know what it is? Or what it was used for?" Vadim: "I know the rumors. Superstition." Deaton: "[...] What was the story?" Vadim: "They say they never took off the mask. Some people believed they had no faces underneath. But they had a symbol... the snake that eats itself." Deaton: "The Ouroboros." |

The Dread Doctors' Russian Laboratory is a laboratory in Russia where the Dread Doctors researched the supernatural and performed their experiments. At some point, they left this facility and moved elsewhere, and their work seems to have been so horrifying that the government classified it the site of a nuclear reactor accident to prevent anyone from entering.
Inside the ruins of the laboratory were shelves full of jars containing what appeared to be fetuses, as well as fangs and claws of unknown creatures. It was implied that their research involved experimenting on pregnant women.
Notable Events[]
- Alan Deaton paid a team of Russians to take him to this laboratory in order to learn more about the Dread Doctors after they appeared in Beacon Hills and began creating Chimeras, humans who were turned into hybrids of supernatural creatures using science. Only one of the teammates, Vadim, was willing to actually go into the laboratory with him. ("Ouroboros")
- Once inside, they were ambushed by the Desert Wolf, who killed Vadim and held Deaton hostage in hopes of learning the location of her daughter, Malia Tate.

Trivia[]
- The walls of the tunnel leading to the lab have graffiti in Cyrillic script that says "They come. They come for all of us" in Russian, a phrase that Tracy Stewart would then echo when dealing with night terrors during her transformation into a Werewolf-Kanima Chimera in Dreamcatchers.
